Understanding our donation refund and cancellation policy.

ConferenceMind Trust treats all donations as final and non-refundable. Donations are voluntary contributions made to support our charitable programs and activities. Once a donation is processed, it is considered final.
We understand that errors can occur. Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. You will need to provide:
Send your refund request to: hello@conferencemind.org with the subject line "Refund Request".
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the donation. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
The following donations are not eligible for refund:
For monthly recurring donations:
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider instead of requesting a refund directly from us, we may be charged additional fees. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues. If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, we reserve the right to dispute it.
Once an 80G tax receipt has been issued, the donation is considered final and non-refundable. If you receive a refund after an 80G receipt has been issued, you are required to inform the tax authorities and not claim the tax benefit for that donation.
