3. Donations

All donations made to ConferenceMind Trust are voluntary and are considered final and non-refundable unless an error has occurred. Donations are eligible for 50% tax exemption under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961. You will receive a donation receipt via email within 24-48 hours of completing your donation. Our 80G certificate number is AADTC6443LF20251.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of ConferenceMind Trust or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or republish any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ConferenceMind Trust. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
